Age of Mythology takes us into the world of mythology of different peoples, and lets you embody 9 major gods and 27 minors, each with its own characteristics and powers.
The game itself reminds mostly the Age of Empires, with the same perspective and an identical interface and menu system. The movement of displacement around the map and your characters´ is very smooth and responds well to the controls. The graphics atmosphere and background music and sound effects give the final touch. Collect supplies, organize your army, build and develop your empire over four ages, with the help of divine powers, magical objects and heroes and mythological creatures which can help you to accomplish victory.
You can play multiplayer or single player games, participating in 35 campaigns or up to 21 individualized maps, in four different gaming modes.
